Bitter leaf herb for Your Diabetes Disease Treatment

Material :

Sambiloto leaves 1 handheld , 3 cups water

Concocting ways :

Wash the leaves thoroughly Sambiloto then leaves bitter Boil 3 cups of water until the remaining half then cooled and filtered

How to use :

Drink boiled water every day of bitter leaf 1 cup

Note : There is also the usual mix of bitter leaf by leaf cat whiskers in the same comparison boiled in water and then drink one cup each day .
